USA – So you want to work for Disney. Years ago working at Aladdin Oasis for Disneyland, one can tell you they are at the top of their game when it comes to steady work and production values. John Addis (Senior Show Director for Disneyland) directed and Patty Colombo (Peter Pan National Tour) choreographed the Aladdin show, that took the place of the Tihitian Terrace at Disneyland.
“It was the first time they allowed a character to Improv interacting with Disney guest, so we had some notes everyday, but it sure is a memorable moment in ones career. The show was seen by Executive Producer Robert Regan of GTE Main Street Interactive and because of that Disney role, I was soon offered a lead role in the TV Show Virtuality, that co-starred JD Roth. JD Roth is known for many Disney TV shows.
The experience that you can get will be long lasting for a long career in the business. Many fellow performers are now working as dance captains, directors and choreographers. As their age maybe to old for the Disney shows, Disney has kept their talents working in the art form they love so much.” Richard Cameron of BroadwayGlobal.
