On Nov. 8, The CW released a new spoiler for “The Vampire Diaries” season 4. The plot synopsis for episode 7 titled, “My Brother’s Keeper” has been released, giving fans an idea of what to expect in Mystic Falls. Spoiler alert: stop reading now if you don’t want to know what’s coming up on TVD!
The synopsis for “My Brother’s Keeper” reads:
THE MISS MYSTIC FALLS PAGEANT — Caroline does her best to be there for Stefan and Elena in a tough time. Damon tries to convince Stefan to help him uncover Prof. Shane’s motives, but Stefan is intent on carrying out a different plan with Klaus. At the annual Miss Mystic Falls Pageant, Elena and Caroline give April advice on which dress to wear, while Tyler and Hayley work together on a secret project, and Damon confronts Prof. Shane with his suspicions. Alarmed by the vivid nightmares he’s having, Jeremy turns to Matt for help, but the situation escalates sooner than anyone expected. Olympic Gold Medalist Gabrielle Douglas also makes an appearance.
Things between Elena and Stefan have been strained and the secrets between the two of them have been putting a wedge in their relationship. Add to that, episode 6 will have Elena: experiencing hallucinations, somehow receiving help from Klaus and making a painful confession to Stefan. It’s no wonder Caroline wants to step in and help Stefan and Elena.
Jeremy is experiencing some kind of turmoil and it’s probably related to the fact that he has the ability (should he choose to follow it) to become a vampire hunter. Episode 6 has him beginning a “new chapter in his life” and episode 9 will find him trying to “conquer some dangerous inner demons with the help of Bonnie and Professor Shane.” In episode 7, Jeremy experiences nightmares and it’s pretty obvious that this is all related.
Damon has the feeling that Professor Shane is not what he seems, but he’s having a tough time getting anyone else (Stefan) to listen so he’s going to confront him on his own. How will that turn out? Professor Shane is still around in episode 9, so Damon won’t be running him out of town just yet.
It’s going to be an exciting episode and you’ll won’t want to miss it so be sure to tune in to West Palm Beach Comcast channel 4 (The CW) on Thursday nights to see the drama unfold on “The Vampire Diaries” season 4.
