Brandi Glanville of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and singer LeAnn Rimes have never gotten along, but this week the drama has escalated to new heights over some of LeAnn Rimes’ pills. Emails have been made public, tweets have flown, and interviews have been given. The latest drama to get people buzzing comes from accusations that one of Eddie Cibrian and Brandi’s sons got into some of LeAnn Rimes’ pills, some laxatives she had within the reach of the kids. Radar Online shared the latest drama details on Dec. 6.
According to Radar Online, Brandi alleges that son Mason found one of LeAnn Rimes’ laxative pills on the floor and ate it because he thought it was a Skittle candy. Granville claims that Rimes has a “severe eating disorder” and that Mason, 9, was “extremely ill” from eating the laxative. While that’s the latest accusation that has her steaming mad, it’s far from the only issue. She admits that LeAnn loves the boys, but she claims that Rimes is endangering them.
Eddie Cibrian seems like he has hit his breaking point with his ex-wife’s public drama. He told Radar Online, “It is absolutely ridiculous that my ex-wife continues to put the personal lives of myself, LeAnn, our sons and my family on public display for the sake of notoriety.” He points out that if Brandi has concerns, she certainly could be discussing them privately. He also says that LeAnn “continues to be a loving and positive influence on the lives of my sons.”
Brandi Glanville did an interview with Us Weekly that was posted Dec. 5 that adds even more fuel to the fire. She shares that Rimes and Cibrian don’t communicate with her privately, and “I only get responses when I put it on Twitter.” She also says, “That is the life they chose.” While she seems to rail on LeAnn every chance she gets, she says she knows her sons love her.
Glanville notes, “I don’t want her around my kids when Eddie’s not there – or at least the nanny, his parents, someone.” As for LeAnn Rimes’ pills, Glanville says that both Mason and Eddie Cibrian’s assistant told her about the laxative incident and she says “It was a big f-cking deal for me, I lost my mind.”
It doesn’t look like there is potential for peace in this situation any time soon. There are critics of both sides, and most would admit nobody in this mess is handling it particularly well. Many think that if nothing else, airing it all in public tweets, emails and via tabloid sites shows a lack of maturity and perhaps a lack of insight into how this may affect the young boys over the long-term.
What do you think of the Eddie, LeAnn and Brandi drama? Have you chosen sides? Do you think the issue with Mason eating one of LeAnn Rimes’ pills is reason for things getting so ugly again?
