Listed below is the report for Thursday Dec. 27, 2012. The report includes a complete list of arrests, prior arrests, bonding information and inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.
Lisa Shea Haney, 35, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Deputy Wagner on a warrant for truancy. Haney was released on 12/28 after posting a $500 property bond. See also (3/5/2012) (11/2/2011) (6/3/2011)
Barry Lee Keane, 44, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Deputy Chandler on a warrant charging him with abandonment. Keane remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,100 property bond has been set. See also (6/7/2010)
Sergio Elicio Mendez, 24, of Rome was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Walters and charged with no license and head light violation. Arthur Lee Pope Jr., 44, of Cedartown was arrested by Aragon Police Officer Lynch and charged with pedestrian under the influence, disorderly conduct and a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Pope remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Robert Edward Stout, 22, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Sheriff’s Deputy Watts on warrants charging him with burglary and theft by taking. Gaynelle Tinnan, 50, of was arrested by Polk County Sheriff’s Deputy Watts on a warrant for harassment (violation of a good behavior bond). Tinnan was released the same day after posting a $500 cash bond.
Justin Daniel Wilson, 23, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Jones and charged with burglary and theft by taking. Wilson remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $8,100 have been set. See also (7/19/2012)
Ronnie Cornelius Wood, 47, of was arrested by Cedartown Police Officers Short and Wilkes for driving while license withdrawn. Wood was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.
