Going out for New Year’s Eve? Have the perfect outfit for the occasion, but still confused about what makeup to use and how?
ARTISTRY®, a brand exclusive to Amway, has come up with a way to suggest not only perfect looks for different occasions, but also high quality, yet inexpensive, products to use to create those looks.
By using the ARTISTRY® brand Virtual Makeover app, either online or with a smart phone, women who use ARTISTRY® skincare and beauty products can fashion their makeup, and even hairstyles, to their liking.
All of the makeup choices can be found through ARTISTRY®, which the Euromonitor International named as one of the world’s top five, largest-selling, premium skincare brands and is also among the world’s top ten, largest-selling, premium cosmetic brands.
Women who do not use ARTISTRY® brand skincare and beauty products can still use the Virtual Makeover as a guide to learning what makeup and hairstyles would work best for their complexions and desired looks.
“The ARTISTRY® Virtual Makeover has everything you need to become your own makeup artist and create a look that expresses your true beauty,” says the Virtual Makeover homepage.
The app allows users to choose colors for the proper foundation and cheek, lip, brow and eye makeup according to their skin tone. Users can also choose hairstyles.
To begin the makeover, users are asked to either upload a photo of their face or to choose from a selection of photos of real women’s faces on which to apply the hair and makeup.
From there, the user can go through the tabs – face, eyes and lips – which each have subtabs that list makeup options for the different sections of those facial features. Other available tabs include “hair studio,” under which users can choose a particular hair length, cut and style, and “one-click looks,” which provides looks that have already been put together.
For those who like what they see and want to learn more about the products they’ve selected, on the right-hand side of the app is a column that lists the products that are currently being viewed, as well as those the user has tried previously during the makeover session. Users can then find those same products by typing the names in the search bar on the upper right-hand side of the screen.
Other options on the app include a video demo, the ability to add products to a shopping list, as well as save and share tabs. Only those who have and are logged in through an Amway account can access the save and share capabilities.
This app is a must-try for regular ARTISTRY® users, as well as for women who need help creating the right looks for themselves.
