Little Fish Records announces 3rd annual “Jingle Jam” at the Kent Stage

by root shed

Music America announced that it will be participating as a sponsor for the Third Annual Jingle Jam, presented by the band Aliver Hall and The Kent Stage. This year’s event will be a two-night indoor, festival-style concert, taking place December 6th and December 7th, 2012 at The Kent Stage, 175 E. Main St., Kent, Ohio. The Kent Stage is one of the area’s premier music venues, that regularly hosts concerts put on by local, regional, and national acts.

Hailing from Akron, Ohio, Aliver Hall brings rock and roll to its happy place, while at the same time getting down and dirty. Anthemic, uplifting energy characterizes the group’s live show, which continues to leave audiences wanting more across Ohio and beyond. A fury of progressive rock drumming forms the foundation, while mind-blowing bass lines weave in and out of vintage-toned guitar rhythms and thick piano riffs. Lush vocal harmonies round out the band’s sound, which features as much heady structure as loose improvisation and jamband-inspired soloing, but while Aliver Hall is most at home on stage, its debut studio effort, Welcome to Aliver Hall, is quickly getting the attention of fans and critics alike with its concept album structure and superior sound.

Jim Garibalidi, bass player for the group, has put together a complementary lineup of top regional jam bands. Thursday, December 6th will feature the groups – Jones For Revival, Tropidelic, Dave Hammer’s Power Supply, and The Bee’s Trees. Doors will open at 8 p.m., and the show will start at 9 p.m. On Friday, December 7th the lineup includes Boogie Matrix, The Stage Coach Robbery, Yosemight, and of course, Aliver Hall.

The show is being presented by Aliver Hall and the Kent Stage is association with MusicAmerica, Little Fish Records, Tribal Connection, and RCR Recording Studios. For more information, visit www.thekentstage.com . Media Contact: Jim Garibaldi, booking@aliverhall.com (330) 554-2593
