Sitting here I’m recalling my New Year’s Eve memories from time’s gone by. Sparklers, parties, evenings Downtown with large groups, live music, and New Year’s Eve countdowns, nights at clubs and road trips to various places, quiet nights at home or in sacred ritual with self and groups around a fire, Fireworks in the backyard and Playing Rock Band, actually rocking with my band. Looking back is fun on New Year’s Eve, a great time to reflect on the year gone by and filter out your memories.
Which memories will you take the lessons away from, but toss out the rest in the coals of the fire? Which one’s will you keep and add to the royal sack of your life the extra special jewels that you have collected through the times, along the way.
Which brings me to my next thought; time. Are we getting WAY caught up in the times in the Western World?…in the World? Is something really so grandiose on a special day and magical, or is it just because we create that it is, and can we use that joy and energy and add it to each and every present moment. It’s for sure that sometimes are extra special, and I love that… it’s like the moist ooey gooey pudding filled vegan vanilla chocolate frosted cupcake after a series of salads… the salads are great and necessary because too much cake make ya sick, but the cupcake is OMazing, pleasant reward.
So friends, how do those nights make you feel? How do those glorious cupcake moments resound in your body? Mind? Heart? Art?
Because you see, with our sack of life’s extra special memories we can close our eyes, and find our breath and once again be immersed in the sensations of those special moments. I can only imagine that like a pebble striking but a small space in the pond, that those vibrations will ripple outward, and suddenly we will find that we are feeling a whole lot more joyous. That we are feeling and creating a whole lot more love on the planet. And that is what’s up.
New Years Resolutions are great because they give us a goal to strive to, and they keep us in remembrance of what is important to us.
So this year, my resolution is to invoke way more gratitude! I know that by feeling grateful for everything that’s happening, and not labeling anyone of it, just observing, showing up, and looking for the blessing in every situation, that will create that experience in my life… and beyond that I will just feel good!
I invite you to invoke More Love & Gratitude in your life! Enjoy the video I have attached of a talented visionary, creator, musician, lover; Clayton Joseph Scott singing for us raising the vibrations with his song “More Love” featuring the always fabulous More Love Band, and Special Guest Trevor Hall

My New Year’s Resolution is;
“Independence” – Alleena Smith, Artist
“This year that is ending I resolved to listen more, be more understanding, to focus more, and be more outgoing. And I believe I have done that. Had my first public speaking opportunity and it went well, still need more practice though lol. Also made a lot of progress on realizing the concept of an Impact Based Economy.
This year I will give a TED(x) talk sharing the IBE future, launch our new product called Bliss” -Glenn David Barres, President at “Idea Sponge”
“Happy New Year! My resolution this year is to spend more time doing the things that I love, mainly writing and tarot card reading, and less time on mind-numbing things like Facebook and television. Simple, yet life-altering if I can accomplish it.” Barry Homan, Author
“My new year’s resolution is to be 100% truthful. To myself and others. Just like the movie Kingdom of Heaven. I will die a knight of this life time but will LIVE and be alive as long as I am here on this earth.” Rocio Pina, Actress/Recording
“Make healthier choices and be more patient. With myself, my children, and others.” Alicia Romano, Mother, Wife, Artist, Radiology Technician
“My focused Intention for the New Year is to continue to play the role I chose to grow into here, as an embodied human. I choose to comfortably process through my self-imposed limitations and to open my Heart to it’s fullest in each moment. I Share Love in each and every moment. with Love, Dr. DREAM” – Mark Dr. Dream Peebler, Dreamer, Catalyst, Facilitator, Spiritual Gangsta at “Dream the Biggest Dream”
