On Monday, photos of Gabriel Aubry with a beaten face have surfaced. On Thanksgiving morning, Aubry got into a brawl with Halle Berry’s fiancé Olivier Martinez. Aubry came away from the fight with the worst end of the deal.
The photo’s show Aubry with a severe black eye, cuts and bruises on his face. While Martinez walked away with bloodied knuckles and a swollen hand. Looks like Aubry needs to be more careful on who he picks a fight with.
After the brutal beating took place, Aubry allegedly asked the police officers on the scene to take position of the security camera footage. According to Aubry, the security cameras in front of Halle Berry’s house caught the physical fight and Aubry believes it will vindicate him.
When Aubry applied for a restraining order against Olivier Martinez he spoke of the footage in his application. The judge granted his request for a restraining order on Monday. The photos were also used in the application for a restraining order.
In the affidavit for the restraining order, Gabriel Aubry wrote, “I told the officers that he [Martinez] was the one who attacked me, and repeatedly told them to get the security tapes from Ms. Berry’s security cameras before she and Mr. Martinez deleted them.”
Aubry further alleges that the day before the altercation, he in addition to Berry and Martinez attending his daughter’s school play and Martinez threatened him. Aubry stated that Martinez whispered to him in French.
“I wish I could beat the s**t out of you right now. You’re lucky we’re in a school right now. We’re going to take Nahla right now and you’re not going to follow us.”
According to Aubry, when he dropped daughter Nahla off at Berry’s home Thanksgiving morning it was Martinez who answered the door. Aubry claims that the regular routine for when he picked up and dropped off Nahla was that it was the nanny he dealt with.
Aubry goes on to say that when Martinez answered the door he stated, “We need to talk”. Gabriel Aubry insists that he turned and walked away towards his vehicle. In the restraining order application, Aubry wrote that Martinez started the altercation when he “jumped off the stairs and knocked me to the ground.”
Aubry wound up his side of the events by saying that during the fight Martinez was yelling at him for the fact that the custody battle cost them $3 million and that they were moving to France and if he continued to fight it, “I’ll kill you”.
Aubry swore in his affidavit that once the fight was over, Martinez told him, “We called the cops and when they get here you’re going to tell them that you’re the one who attacked me, or I’m going to kill you.”
Only time will tell who is telling the truth in this situation. Regardless of who is to blame it is the sweet little Nahla who will pay the price. The only thing anyone knows for sure is that in the brutal fight, Gabriel Aubry received the worst of the injuries.
