It is the opening weekend of the playoffs for a number of fantasy football leagues and the Examiner panel of experts has put together their best starting lineups for week #14 of the NFL schedule.
Each panel member was asked to supply a quarterback, two running backs, two wide receivers, one tight end, one kicker, one defense/special teams and a “wild card” selection. When all of the Examiners’ lineups were tallied, we came up with the following “ideal” lineup. (The number of votes for each player is noted in parentheses after the starter’s name.)

Paterson Fantasy Football Examiner Jai Agnish finished as the “Top Dog” for week #13 with 53 points. He did it based on the following selections:
- Giants running back Ahmed Bradshaw (+23 points) as the “Hometown Hero”
- Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez (+6 points) as the “Hometown Zero”
- Cleveland running back Trent Richardson (+31.5) as the “Start Him” player of the week
- Baltimore wide receiver Torrey Smith (-7.5) as the “Sit Him” selection of the week.
