Christopher Federline, the brother of Kevin Federline dropped a bombshell when he filed for a temporary restraining order against Britney Spears. Christopher claims that he is the father of Spears’ son Sean Preston, 7.
Or did he? According to Federline’s aunt Diane Story, Federline made no such comments and did not file any lawsuit. Federline’s aunt stated that not only was it a hoax but that no one in their family would do such an awful thing to Britney Spears.
“We pity the hoaxter for believeing they could get by such a crazy story and for also believing they could damage the reputation of America’s pop princess.”
A Tampa, Florida judge threw out the lawsuit and authorities believe it is the work of serial hoaxter and convicted felon, Jonathan Lee Riches.
Supposedly, Christopher Federline filed the court documents for the restraining order with the U.S. District Court in Tampa, FL on Dec. 18. He claims that Spears stole from him blackmailed him and harassed him.
The alleged “Federline” wrote in the documents that, “She [Spears] is out of control and a maniac.” He went on to say that she “went to Kevin’s house to pick up Sean Preston and Jayden James and his wallet was on Kevin’s coffee table when Britney opened it up and stole his Capital One credit card.”
The court documents show Christopher Federline claims the charges on his credit card was $4,500. He also claims that “Britney laughed at me and told me my brother Kevin ruined her life. Britney made fun of me and told me I have a small penis.”
“She also blackmailed me and told me if I tell the police that she stole my credit card, that she will tell the world I’m the true father of Sean Preston, not Kevin. I do confess I slept with Britney, and I am the true father, but the public does not need to know.”
A source close to Christopher Federline regrets sleeping with Britney Spears. “Chris says the fling was a mistake. He says he always felt bad about it and kept it to himself because he didn’t want Alisha, his wife at the time to find out.”
None of the affected parties, Britney Spears, Christopher Federline and Kevin Federline have commented on the hoax.
