‘Tis the season for blockbuster news. Remember Kevin Federline, who was married to Britney Spears for two years and is the father of Sean Preston Federline and Jayden James Federline? Well, he may not be the father of Sean, after all, according to a report on Wednesday.
Christopher Federline, Kevin’s brother, has filed court papers saying that he, not Kevin, is the father of Sean. He says in those papers that he had an affair with Spears during his brother’s marriage to the pop superstar, thus fathering Sean.
The report is sort of a follow-up to recent news that, on Dec. 18, (as first reported by the National Enquirer), Christopher filed for a temporary restraining order against Britney Spears in U.S. District Court in Tampa, Fla., claiming Spears has blackmailed and harassed him — and stolen his Capital One credit card, too.
In the filing, Christopher Federline (C-Fed, to prevent confusion with Kevin Federline, or K-Fed) said “She is out-of-control and a maniac,” while adding that Spears recently “went to Kevin’s house to pick up Sean Preston and Jayden James, and [his, C-Fed’s] wallet was on Kevin’s coffee table when Britney opened it up and stole [his, C-Fed’s] Capital One credit card.”
The filing is strange, though, as why would Britney Spears need to steal — as C-Fed alleges — over $4,500 in charges on his credit card? At any rate, in the filing C-Fed said that “Britney laughed at me [and] told me my brother Kevin ruined her life. Britney made fun of me and told me I have a small penis.”
Furthermore, Spears “blackmailed me [C-Fed] and told me if I tell the police that she stole my credit card, that she will tell the world I’m the true father of Sean Preston, not Kevin.
Of course, with this information, and the court filing, C-Fed has now told the world that he is — assuming all of this is true — Sean’s father, adding in the documents that “I do confess I slept with Britney, and I am the true father [of Sean], but the public does not need to know.”
In addition, a source added that when C-Fed contacted Spears about the credit card, she “just laughed at him, and threatened to tell Kevin she and Chris had sex while she was married to Kevin … and tell everyone that.”
It is unclear if this was a one-time fling or an ongoing affair. Naturally it’s also unclear if the alleged affair even happened. However, an insider said that “Chris says the fling was a mistake. He says he always felt bad about it and kept it to himself because he didn’t want Alisha, his wife at the time, to find out.”
