Andrea and the Governor are sitting, drinking whiskey and talking. They wind up kissing.
As Glenn and Andrea come out with supplies, Michonne is watching them. Before she can do anything, though, Merle shows up. Merle takes Maggie prisoner, and makes Glenn take him for a drive to Woodbury.
Back at the prison, Daryl’s team is attacked by a walker. When they kill him, they find Carol’s knife in his neck.

The Governor and Andrea are in bed when he hears a knock on his door. It’s Merle, with news of “killing” Michonne. Merle also tells him about Glenn and Maggie, and the Governor asks if they know Andrea. Merle says they’re set up pretty well from the looks of them, he’ll find out more.
Rick comes back to the group, and holds his daughter for the first time. Meanwhile, Daryl is sitting outside a cell where he thinks Carol is, and he’s psyching himself up to kill her if she’s turned. He finally opens the door and finds her exhausted but alive.
