Santa Claus is coming to town, all over town in fact! Whether your kids want a new Furby, Lego set, Doc McStuffins doll, Skylanders or something else entirely, St. Louis kids will have lots of opportunities to bring whatever is on their wish lists to Santa.
Santa will visit with kids at all of the following locations:
Olde Towne Plaza in Ballwin – on December 1, 2012 from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m., families are invited to enjoy Christmas music and snacks, see the official tree lighting at 5:15 p.m. and of course, visit with Santa. Canned food items collected at this event will be donated to Circle of Concern.
The Lodge in Des Peres – On December 1, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., children can enjoy visiting with Santa and receiving a free cookie (while supplies last). Parents should bring their own cameras for holiday pictures.
Bridgeton Community Center – On December 8, 2012 from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m., kids can eat breakfast with Santa while parents take pictures. Children over the age of 2 will also get to do a craft project. You must register by Monday, December 3rd. The cost is $6 for residents and $8 for non-residents.
Rue St. Francois Street in Old Town Florissant – On December 8, 2012 at 2:00 p.m., a Christmas celebration begins at City Hall. Kids will enjoy music, crafts, face painting, cookie decorating, storytelling, balloon creations, cookies and cocoa along with their visit with Santa. Professional pictures with Santa will be available for a fee. Families can also shop for inexpensive gifts in the holiday boutique. The celebration concludes when the huge tree at City Hall is lit.
Kirkwood Park – On December 8, 2012 t 10:00 a.m., kids can go hunting for candy canes and possibly earn prizes. After the candy cane hunt, children can visit with Santa and get pictures. Hot chocolate will be on hand to warm little ones as well. You must register ahead of time for this event by calling 314-822-5855. The cost is $3 for residents, $5 for non-residents.
Hazelwood Community Center – Santa will greet kids at the community center in White Birch Park on December 10, 2012 from 10:30 a.m. until noon. Pictures are available at $2 for residents and $3 for non-residents. For more information, call 314-731-0980.
Westport Plaza – Free photos with Santa will be available on December 10, 2012 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Children will also enjoy face painting, balloon animals, holiday crafts, music and a complimentary goodie bag. This is a Toys for Tots collection site, so please consider bringing a new, unopened toy for a needy family.
Ritz-Carlton in Clayton – On December 10th, 17th, 23rd and 24th, children will have the opportunity to visit with Santa and enjoy a yummy breakfast of omelets and waffles. You must register for this event by calling 314-719-1433. The cost is $35 for each adult and $17.50 for children 12 and under.
Santa will also be available for wish lists and photos through Christmas Eve at the following area malls:

South County Center
Saint Louis Galleria
Mid Rivers Mall (St. Charles County)
